I created three months of content in just three days for Buzzards Retreat Holiday Cottage in Devon. Working closely with the owners, we shaped clear messaging, focused on their ideal clients and built a bank of photo and video content for their website and social media. The content was planned to be used over the next quater to drive sales enquiries for their new holiday home.
Day One – Planning and Strategy in person
We started off with the launch plan for this new holiday home. Focusing on the unique feature of an indoor pool in the heart of the Devon countryside. First, we defined their ideal client. Then we mapped out how to reach them and what type of content would capture their attention.
From the clarity of this day, I developed a detailed photoshoot and video plan, including a full shot list, props list, and model sourcing. My role as their holiday home hospitality photographer and content creator was to guide them through planning, art direction, and styling so everything felt effortless and on-brand.
Day Two – Photo and Video Content Creation Shoot
The shoot day brought everything to life. We worked with eight models to showcase the holiday cottage in action. Thanks to the clear plan, the day ran smoothly. Models knew exactly when they were needed, what to wear, and which props to use. We captured every planned shot, plus plenty of natural moments that added even more value.
Day Three – Delivery and Content Framework
The final day focused on editing, delivery, and strategy. I created 12 weeks of content, ready to post step by step across their channels. The framework gave them clarity on what to share, when, and why, keeping their ideal clients magnetised.
Alongside the final photos and videos, I provided website updates, content guidance, and social media feedback to ensure consistency. The result was a clear, engaging content bank that showcases the property beautifully and attracts the right audience.
