How To Crop Landscape Photos To Fit Instagram Reels into portrait size for a better fit on Instagram Reels, TikTok videos or Pinterest Ideas.
Before opening the Instagram or TikTok app, you need to edit the picture on your phone.
Tap the photo in your Photos app, scroll across to edit, and go to 16 x 9 size, which makes the landscape photo crop to portrait size. This will be the fit into the reel size, which a 16:9 ratio.
As you are cropping, you will need to adjust where you want the main focus of the picture to be.
When you have made a crop, then save the photo. (You can always revert back to the setting in your iPhone)
Next, open up Instagram or TikTok, open up your reels or video.
By adding the pictures that you’ve edited, you are making a picture reel, the photos will appear in your reel or as your reel.
… and that’s it, job done.
